The transformation will include campgrounds, RV spaces and a pop-up hotel - including a pop-up pool - for people looking for accommodations during both weekends of Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival and the weekend of the Stagecoach Country Music Festival. In April, five acres of the giant lot will transform into Village 29. The vision for the 47-acre property includes outdoor concerts, car shows, various festivals, farmers markets, soccer fields and temporary lodging for the Coachella Valley’s biggest music festivals.
